Thank you for choosing ODA Atelier. Each of our garments is hand-tailored and shipped with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
1. Processing Time As we prioritize quality and artisanal craftsmanship, please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery
- International : We ship via Global Flat Rate of $15 with an estimated delivery time of 10-14 days. and via International Priority Courier with a rate of $45 Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are a flat fee of $15 for the Global Flat rate. and $45 for priority Courier.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on international orders over $300 USD.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, ODA Atelier is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your package. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Issues ODA Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your package is delayed or shows no movement, please contact us at oda.atelier@proton.me and we will assist you in locating it.
