At ODA Atelier. Due to the limited nature of our Collection Zéro (only 22 pieces created), we maintain a selective return policy to ensure the exclusivity of our garments.

1. Return Window We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

2. Exchanges Because our collections are produced in highly limited quantities, we cannot guarantee size exchanges. If you require a different size, please contact us immediately at [Your Email Address] to check availability.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as "Final Sale."

• Custom-tailored or personalized orders.

• Items damaged through normal wear and tear.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Shipping Your Return Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
